<p>Just finished Prison Break, not sure if I wasn't paying attention enough or what, but Jacob Ness was calling someone after the plan to kill Michael on the cargo ship (with SEALs) failed, and he addressed the person respectfully and by sir. This must mean there's someone in charge of Poseidon? </p>
