Born again is an inmate in Maybelle Minimum Security Prison. He defeated Lloyd Lowery and other inmates during a game.

Lloyd Lowery, 2 other inmates and Born Again did play poker, however, Born Again won and asked Lloyd to bring him a lot of dollars. Born Again did threaten him and if he didn't bring it in time, he would kill him.
Later, when Lilah Tompkins was captured, Erica Reed did talk to Zach Stoltz. Unknown to him, she did take his watch, which was also unknown to Charlie DuChamp and Ray Zancanelli. After they talked, Erica did gave the watch to Lloyd. However, Sean Daniels did take the watch with him and did talk with Born Again. Sean Daniels said that he would kill him if he was going to search for Lloyd.
