The Breakout Kings openings theme is the opening which appears in mostly every episode.
Summary[]
First there are seen Sean Daniels, Erica Reed and Lloyd Lowery, and the camera then focus itself on Charlie DuChamp and Ray Zancanelli. The camera then switch to Charlie, who opens the door, and then go's the camera to Ray Zancanelli, who is walking down the stairs. The camera then go's to Julianne Simms, who is talking over the phone with someone. The camera then go's to Sean Daniels, who's talking with a gang member and the man points as Erica Reed, who is tracking someone down. The camera then go's to Lloyd Lowery, who is talking with the Breakout Kings. Then the camera focus itself on an unnamed criminal and the camera go's then to Sean, Erica and Lloyd, while Charlie and Ray walk in front of them. The prison then close and then go's to the Breakout Kings logo.

- Philomena Rotchliffer and Fritz Gunderson are the only main characters who didn't appear in the theme.
- An Unjust Death is the last episode to fearture Charlie DuChamp in the theme.
- Counting the theme also, Charlie appears briefly in every episode so far (his back is always seen and he points his gun at the end).
