Brody Ardell is the first Breakout Kings main villain to be free since Joe Ramsey, 10 episodes earlier.
- Coincidentally, both had a wife and a daughter.
Brody Ardell is also the first main villain who did kill a person, while not having anything wrong, similair to Joe Ramsey. However, Joe was set-up by Mr. Samuels and put in prison, while Brody was going undercover.
Brody's kill marks the first time that 2 Main Villains (Victor Mannion and Pat Duffy) died in 1 episode.
