- Carlos was about to meet Tran Jun, possibly with the car he was fixing. However, since he was captured by Charlie DuChamp, this meeting never did take place. Eventually, since Charlie, Erica Reed, Ray Zancanelli and Lloyd Lowery did saw Tran Jun, this ended in his death.
- Carlos is the first one of the Attica prisoners to be captured alive. The others are Sandy Clemente and Ronald Barnes.
