During the escape of Xavier Price, pictures of him and Tran Jun were briefly seen.[3]
A time later, Chester, Tran Jun, Sandy Clemente, Carlos Zepeda and Ronald Barnes were in a breakout plan together. When a truck was coming, a police officer came to them, Chester did take him with them and was killed by Barnes.

- Both he and Tran Jun appear in Collected, before their appearance in the episode There are Rules. The time their pictures appear is 06:17.
- It's not known if his body was ever found, however, it's likely that Ronald Barnes told it, after he was arrested.
- Both Tran Jun and Chester Rhodes were seen together in the openings scene before going to Sandy Clemente, Ronald Barnes and Carlos Zepeda.
- Chester is the second inmate to appear in a flashback, as well in real time in the same episode. The others are Sandy Clemente, Carlos Zepeda, Tran Jun and Ronald Barnes.
- Chester is the first person killed by a prisoner (Ronald Barnes), who was in the same prison as him in the Breakout Kings universe. The second person is Victor Mannion.
