DeJesus was a Panamanian drug dealer. Michael used his worker, Chaco, to get to DeJesus and purchase a large amount of Cocaine to get Mahone arrested after the swap for the boat.

DeJesus did met Michael Scofield and Chaco. Chaco said it would be alright after DeJesus' group point a gun at Michael. Then DeJesus pointed a gun at Michael and did trust him. Then Michael revealed his plan to DeJesus. DeJesus' men did plan some drugs in the Christina Rose boat.
