Emmy Sharp begun to work as a prostitute when she was 16 Later when her pimp had fallen asleep, she killed him by pouring gasoline on him and setting him on fire. Emmy then was given a 25 year sentence in prison.[3]

- With the capture of Emmy, it marks the second time that a Breakout Kings main villain is captured by one of the Breakout Kings members (Shea captured Xavier Price earlier, while this time Erica Reed captured Emmy).
- When Emmy escaped, she didn't escaped from prison. This also happened to Lilah Tompkins and Carmen Vega. Sara Scofield is the only female prisoner who escaped from prison (although it was from the Chapel, it was still in prison, and she escaped from prison, before going to the Chapel and later escaped successfully without getting caught.).
- Emmy is the third character who has a tattoo. The first one is Ray Zancanelli ad the second character is Benecio Cruz.
