Michael sends a message to Lincoln Burrows and Benjamin Miles Franklin, telling them to meet with the Sheik of Light, a local electrical engineer. Meanwhile in Ogygia Prison, Michael feigns a fever using clothing soaked in boiling water to gain access to the infimary. with assistance from Whip. While one guard flogs Michael, another gives him some pills. Secreting them in his mouth, he trades the pills to cellmate Ja, who has been experiencing withdrawal, in exchange for access to a cell phone and credit card number.

Lincoln, C-Note, and Sheba cross into the Sana'a suburbs, which are controlled by ISIL, to find the Sheik. The three rescue the Sheik and his daughter, the Sheik being revealed as the father of Michael's fellow inmate, Sid, who was locked up for homosexuality. The Sheik flickers the lights in the prison to let everyone know the escape plan is on. The dangerous inmates are released into gen pop; ISIL leader Abu Ramal stares Michael down before embracing him as it is shown this inmate is part of the escape plan also.
