Oliver Day marks the only time, that the main villain who was introduced to the audience on www.aetv.com, is captured, while the other main villain wasn't captured (but was captured later).
Oliver Day was captured on 23 April 2004, 5 years before Carl McCann.
- Oliver was captured at the time Michael Scofield was planning his escape.
If Oliver indeed murdered Charlie, this would marks the first time in the Breakout Kings universe when a main character died. However, this never happened, until Damien Fontleroy killed Charlie DuChamp.
