Otto Fibonacci was a man who betrayed John Abruzzi.
Biography
Michael Scofield talked about Fibonacci to Abruzzi, which did led in a fight. This led indirect between a meeting between Abruzzi and Tom Paxton.

Trivia
- Despite never his name mentioned in the Game, it's the most likely that he talked about him, since it's not known if Michael is aware of Jack Mannix until Aldo Burrows gave this info by Paxton to Lincoln Burrows.
- It's ironic that Abruzzi never talked about Fibonacci to Michael, instead, he talked about the non-canon character Jack Mannix, who was responsible for that Abruzzi came in prison and not Fibonacci. This can be considered as a blooper or mistake. See Prison Break - The Conspiracy (Game)/Bloopers.
