Season 2

Pat Duffy attempt to escape with Victor Mannion and Brody Ardell. However, he was scared and was going back. Pat then was told by Victor to shut his mouth, but Victor ended up killing him.

• Pat Duffy is the first Breakout Kings Main Villian, who didn't escaped successfully at all.
• Pat Duffy along with Theodore Bagwell, Lilah Tompkins, Christian Beaumont, Bennett Ballester, Carmen Vega and Emmy Sharp never escaped from prison.
  • However, T-Bag escaped twice from prison in Prison Break.
• Pat Duffy is the second person who dies, while attempting to escape from prison. The first one was Sapo (Lechero attempt to, but he got shot and ended up dead by T-Bag).
