Hopeful, Michael delays the execution process by luring a rat in the pipes with savoury snacks then planting it in the power box to sabotage the fuse wire so Lincoln will get 3 more weeks. The electric chair didn't work when Roy tested it, Bellick and Roy checked it out and found a dead rat in the power box.
