Terrence Steadman's decoy body was used by The Company to frame Lincoln Burrows for the death of Terrence Steadman. However, this man was killed by Paul Kellerman. His death was the most impact on the series.
Biography
Prior to Season 1
At some point this man did met Paul Kellerman. It's unknown how, because no reason was given. Later, or when they met, Kellerman killed this man.
Post-Death
Season 1
Following his death, Lincoln Burrows thought that he would met Terrence Steadman, but it wasn't and he was set-up by the Company.
Later, Veronica Donovan and Nick Savrinn did visit his body while getting him out of his grave. Caroline Reynolds wasn't happy with that.
