An unnamed Fox River inmate was in prison, because of his girlfriend. It's not revealed which one of them.

Prison Break - The Conspiracy
Story 1
This inmate was innocent, because rumors has said that. He said that the bitch was supposed to be out of town and that the gun was loaded. He then asked why is was supposed to be his fault? The other inmate said he was right.
Story 2
This inmate asked to another inmate why he was innocent in prison. The other inmate told his story to this inmate.
