Vincent Sandinsky was a scientist for The Company for over 21 years. He was assisting Christina in regards to Scylla.

Vincent Sandinsky had meeting with Christina in order to it buys Scylla. But it didn't accomplish him because Michael and Sara knew for this meeting and went to stop him. The meeting they was in the 4:30. Then kept him Lincoln and his team and afterwards that saw his identity did not know that they was the buyer and it left him to leave.

- Although he was seen on-screen before he died, T-Bag shot at him off-screen.
- Sandinsky is not T-Bag's last victim overall. It's his last victim in Prison Break, but in Breakout Kings, Rodney Johnson is the last victim overall.
- Coincidentally, both deaths were off-screen.
- Vincent has never met LJ, Veronica, Paul, Bellick, Lechero, Sophia Lugo, Gretchen, Sucre and Whistler.
- Vincent Sandinsky along with Erik Stammel have both surnames who are starting with an S.
- Coincidentally enough, both men were wearing glasses and were killed by T-Bag off-screen, although appearing right before their dead and both appeared in episode 18 of their season.
