- Virgil is one of the few characters who's date off being captured has never been revealed on-screen. The others are August Tillman, Lilah Tompkins and Andre Brennan.
- Virgil is the fourth character who escaped with the help of a co-conspirator. The other characters are August Tillman, Marlon O'Connell, Andre Brennan, Carmen Vega, Brent Howson, Victor Mannion and Brody Ardell.
- Virgil is the fourth Breakout Kings Main Villain who visits the Breakout Kings Headquarters. The others are Theodore Bagwell, Joe Ramsey, Andre Brennan and Carmen Vega.
- Carmen is the only female out of them.
- Virgil has killed 42 people during the show. Since T-Bag's killcount is never revealed on-screen, because Sona burned down, Virgil killed the most people.
